Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by USPS. Please first contact your local post office. Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at ashley@human-centeredstrategy.com as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- We want you to be happy with your products, and welcome you to send them back ASAP if you think they will be loved more somewhere else
- If you want a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and shipped back in packaging that protects them (bubbles & boxes)
- You will be responsible for return shipping, unless the item arrived to you damaged or incorrectly
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
